Project Management

After you make an intro to a willing client, I'll schedule the interview and keep things on track. You’re cc’d on all communications.

Interview

I'll get your side of the story in a brief. Then I'll interview your client in 60 minutes or less and record the call. You’ll receive a transcript of the call for future reference.

Writing

I'll write a well-formatted, easy-to-read case study. You’ll see the first draft within 7 business days after the interview. I'll manage revisions from both sides to ensure you’re thrilled with the story, and your client is happy with how they’re presented.

Delivery

You’ll receive a final polished draft. At this stage, I can bring in a designer (or use yours) to ensure that the case study design is as sharp as the copy.

Invoice

You’ll receive an invoice at the end of the project.
